Dr. Noel Rivers-Bulkeley graduated Suma Cum Laude from Emory University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from Emory University School of Medicine and subsequently completed the four-year Psychiatry Residency Training Program at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Rivers-Bulkeley returned to Atlanta to establish a private practice and he has held positions as President of the Medical Staff at Charter Peachford Hospital, Director of the Adolescent Psychiatry Program at Brawner Psychiatric Institute, Medical Director of the New Life Partial Hospital Program and Director of the Atlanta Mood Disorders Center. Dr Rivers-Bulkeley is Board Certified in Psychiatry and was formerly an Examiner for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is also certified in Addictionology by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Rivers-Bulkeley has over 20 years of experience treating adults and adolescents.
Dr. Rivers-Bulkeley was born in Caterham, England and he is a naturalized U.S. Citizen. He is married and lives with his wife Elizabeth in Sandy Springs, Georgia. His interests include reading, travel, photography, Chelonia and enjoying the company of his 16 nieces and nephews.
